is thrilled to announce the signing of a significant contract with Van Company in Iraq on February 14, 2024, marking a monumental step forward in our journey towards advancing the industrial sector through our specialized expertise and experience. Under this EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) agreement, we are set to undertake the ambitious project of establishing a state-of-the-art Gypsum and Plasterboard factory in the vibrant city of Erbil, Iraq. This venture aims to set up a Gypsum Board Production Line with an impressive annual capacity of 30 million m2, alongside a Gypsum Powder Production Line designed to produce 150,000 tons of Gypsum powder per year, including a Plaster Additive line. Our commitment to excellence and our comprehensive approach to project execution will see us managing all aspects of this project on a full turnkey basis, adhering strictly to the stipulated contract conditions. This project not only underscores our role as a pivotal player in the supply and installation within various industrial sectors but also reinforces our dedication to contributing to the development and economic growth of Erbil and the broader region.
